Iced coffee = ew

This morning I ordered a pumpkin spice latte from EsBucks.

They handed me an iced drink.

?!??!?? (It was Not My Favorite. Actually...it was disgusting. I mean, really really Wrong. I will now specifically ask for any and all coffee drinks I order to be "hot," because otherwise I'll never know when someone is going to plop a fucking iced coffee in front of me.)

I remember reading some article about how more people are ordering iced coffees now than hot drinks, but...dayum. Don't fucking default to "iced drink" if you have a picture of the drink in question and it's a hot drink.
